Pricing for the
SharePoint CRM Template is based on one Template installed on one
Server and NOT based on number of users. Your users will be
licensed as part of your Microsoft Windows Server/Active Directory licensing or
if your SharePoint CRM Template is hosted, licensing
will be a component of your agreement with your hosting service
provider.

2. Outlook Email
& Appointment Connector Licensing
The Outlook Connector enables
users to save Email messages to Accounts, Contacts
and Opportunities.
The Email message will become part
of the historical log with the item it is
attached to. Email messags can be retrieved and
opened with attachments (if saved with the
email).
The Outlook Connector also enables Appointments to be
created inside Outlook and Copied to the SharePoint CRM where
the appropriate connections will be made to the Account/Contact
record.
Works with
Outlook XP and 2007. 2007 is preferred.

3. List Importer
Licensing
The List Importer imports Account and Contact list details and makes the relevant relationship connections. Lists must be in Excel or .csv and can contain all field details that are matched to Accounts and Contacts in SharePoint CRM Template.
If you require other list data, such as Opportunities or previous Tasks from another CRM this would require a database conversion.
The List Importer is ideal if you are starting out for the
first time with a CRM and are importing data from your ERP or
Accounting system.
